Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for 2 years of experience in a related position with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Energy Efficiency is preferred. Familiarity with the HVAC, Water Heating, and commercial foodservice industries is also desired, along with the ability to build relationships with market actors and trade allies through various communication methods. Exposure to construction supply chain is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Energy Efficiency Trade Ally Manager will support the development and maintenance of relationships with HVAC, water heating, and heat pump manufacturers, distributors, and contractors, traveling to trade ally locations to drive energy efficiency incentive program performance and build rapport. They will serve as a resource between Energy Solutions and the Outreach and Trade Ally Team, track market activity, contribute to outreach plans, analyze program participation statistics, develop trade ally and market actor relationships, and provide program support to distributors, contractors, and market actors. Additionally, the role involves supporting program training and events, assisting with rebate claims, participating in program meetings, and monitoring performance trends.
