Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of direct supervisory experience. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines, and previous contract development and negotiation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is also necessary, and New Jersey residency is required.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will deliver successful large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility clients per contract terms and program budgets, identifying and quantifying program deliverables and continuously assessing project progress to goals. They will develop innovative solutions to new issues and market dynamics, manage and mentor a team, develop and foster partnerships with subcontractors and stakeholders, manage client expectations and communications, and interface with internal departments to meet program needs. The Program Manager will also perform other duties as assigned.
