Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contractor or trades management, along with previous management experience in training and recruitment. They should demonstrate proven success in engaging contractors, unions, subcontractors, and trade organizations, and exhibit the ability to communicate clearly and establish expectations with diverse trades. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is required, and New Jersey residency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Trade Ally Manager will develop, manage, and foster relationships with contractors across various trades and with trade organizations, responsible for contractor recruitment into the multifamily program based on program needs and priorities. They will work with subcontractor partners to effectively execute the program delivery strategy, monitor program participation, and adjust recruitment strategies to optimize participation. The role involves providing ongoing support and training to contractors, leading meetings with internal teams and partners, delivering presentations, and handling other related duties as assigned.
