The Benefits Manager will administer, communicate, and implement HackerOne's global benefits programs, focusing on US benefits. This includes coordinating annual open enrollment, managing vendor renewals, and supporting wellness initiatives. The role involves analyzing benefit utilization and employee feedback to propose improvements, resolving benefits-related issues with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations through audits and reporting. Additionally, the manager will support relationships with external benefits vendors.
