Senior (5 to 8 years)
Three or more years of experience in technology, compensation, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable field, with strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for building analyses and models. Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Tableau is required, along with awareness of industry trends and developments in compensation. Project management skills to drive small to midsize projects from inception to delivery are needed, and a BS/BA in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Lead market data analysis by researching industry compensation trends and market surveys (including Radford and other high tech sources). Participate in annual survey submissions and lead the benchmarking process for all broad-based roles to advise decision making. Apply data analysis to generate insights and present dashboards and presentations for business leaders and HRBPs. Build models and analyses related to compensation programs to inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions. Support the implementation of ongoing compensation programs and tools, providing leaders with insights to guide sound compensation decisions. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reported data.
