Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Preferred Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and job evaluations
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
  • Partner with HRBPs and Operations to address pay-related issues and support workforce planning
  • Assist in managing health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Monitor benefit utilization and employee feedback to recommend improvements
  • Support annual open enrollment and vendor relationships
  • Maintain compensation and benefits data integrity across HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, ACA, etc.)
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making
  • Lead or support Total Rewards projects such as compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and policy updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS teams
