Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Strong understanding of base, bonus, and equity compensation structures
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and data management
  • Skilled in Radford or similar compensation survey platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and scenario analysis)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth setting
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Harvey’s compensation structures, pay ranges, and job levels within Workday
  • Own Workday Advanced Compensation setup, configuration, and testing in collaboration with the People Systems team
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data across systems and processes
  • Lead Harvey’s participation in Radford and other compensation survey submissions
  • Analyze Radford and broader market data to ensure Harvey remains competitive and equitable
  • Provide actionable insights on pay positioning, market trends, and compensation practices
  • Build and maintain compensation models to support annual review cycles and new program design
  • Model cost and equity impact scenarios for proposed changes in pay structures or programs
  • Prepare stock grant exhibits and related documentation for Carta
  • Partner with the Compensation Business Partner, Benefits, Finance, and Recruiting teams to deliver compensation cycles on time and with precision
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new compensation programs (e.g., incentive plans, equity refreshes, global pay frameworks)
  • Streamline and automate compensation processes to improve scalability and employee experience
  • Respond to compensation-related questions with accuracy, empathy, and discretion
