The Tire Sales Specialist will sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed sales goals, inspect customer vehicles, and diagnose tire-related problems. They will recommend services, quote prices, and ensure necessary repairs are completed as ordered. Maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing customer satisfaction, solving problems, completing monthly market analyses, and assisting with store operations and dealership technicians are key duties.
