The Therapy Specialist (m/w/d) within the Patient Support Systems (PSS) area will focus on Frühmobilisation, Dekubitusprävention and -therapy, and mobility solutions for patients. The role combines operational support for patient support solutions with mobility solutions, aiming to maximize sales and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Frühmobilisation, Dekubitusprävention and -therapy, and mobility solutions for patients.
• Connecting existing customer relationships in the acute care area to maximize sales.
• Coordinating regional and nationwide strategies with Account Managers and Sales Managers to contribute to sales success.
• Leading the introduction and training for sales and rental products, with an application-focused approach and the ability to engage therapeutically.
• Providing training for dealers and customers, as well as sales and distribution teams in the DACH region.
• Supporting the sales team in developing the Liko business in the acute care area, including the introduction of new products.
• Providing operational support for product solutions in the area of early mobilization and decubitus prevention and -therapy.
• Identifying opportunities to expand sales of products and services to existing customers.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity planning, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborating closely with Account Managers, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Service, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to provide customers with relevant insights and advice.
