The Role: Solution Sales Specialist

As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales of our medication intelligence solutions to healthcare organizations, payers, and pharmacy partners. Leveraging your deep understanding of pharmaceutical practices, medication management, and health economics, you will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and deliver tailored solutions that drive better clinical and financial outcomes via Arine’s AI-driven medication intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist the Arine sales team in developing medication management solutions within assigned markets, targeting risk-bearing providers, pharmacies, payers, and other stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Leverage your expertise in pharmacy, healthcare economics, and medication management to position solutions that address client needs, improve patient care, and deliver ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Market Insights: Utilize your understanding of health economics to help clients navigate the economic impact of medication management solutions, demonstrating both clinical and financial benefits.
  • Product Knowledge & Education: Act as a subject matter expert on our medication intelligence platform, conducting presentations, demos, and training sessions for prospects and customers, and providing important market feedback.
