Candidates should have proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager, with at least 5 years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems. They should possess a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the dynamics and challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex software solutions are also necessary.
As a Partner Success Director, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on product utilization. You will monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption rates, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive engagement initiatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, and present new features to clients. You will also serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback to drive product improvements, and contribute to the development of partner success resources.
