Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting monthly Therapist Enablement metrics, fostering exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with therapists and patients, gathering feedback for process improvements, using data-driven insights to guide outreach, and contributing feedback to improve workflows and scalability.
