Candidates must possess a BS degree in Nursing or Business, coupled with at least 3 years of in-depth clinical nursing experience, preferably in Critical Care or a specialty area with a strong understanding of I.V. therapy. An active RN license or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent clinical education and in-servicing skills, and experience implementing products. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, a professional presence, and the ability to work independently in evolving environments with strong time management are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with technology and nursing informatics concepts, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel up to 80% while being based within an hour of a major airport.
The Clinical Education Specialist will execute clinical implementation and integration tasks at Baxter customer sites, building and deepening relationships with clinical staff and nursing educators through a consultative approach. They will focus on the safe and effective use of infusion pump technology, manage clinical change, and maintain expert knowledge of Baxter's Infusion Therapy products and integrated solutions. Responsibilities include supervising and delivering product training and integration objectives using various methods such as eLearning, on-site training, and collateral materials, while also applying clinical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and ensure technology adoption. The role involves sharing insights and feedback with teams and cross-functional partners to inform priorities and changes.
