This role focuses on Patient Experience / Outcomes, making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. You will dive deep into the patient journey, analyze data, and partner with researchers and clinicians to identify opportunities for improvement. You will lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure product enhancements that remove friction, deepen engagement, and drive better health outcomes. This work directly impacts thousands of patients.
