Candidates should possess a two-year degree and 3-5 years of related laboratory or medical facility customer experience. Familiarity with all oncology tests performed by Natera, root cause analysis, problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written communication, knowledge of administrative procedures, and strong organizational skills are required. Understanding of HIPAA and intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud, laboratory information management systems, medical terminology, anatomic or molecular pathology experience, and bilingual abilities.
The tfMRD Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the primary project, resolve sample processing issues to maintain SLA for results, and perform complex assignments related to the Multiple Primary project. This role involves coordinating care teams for patients, acting as a liaison between Natera, patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and communicating test requirements and updates. The coordinator will also develop and implement processes, author standard operating procedures, contribute to process improvement and training, and deliver solutions for improved efficiency with the cross-functional team.
