Proficiency in creating and updating machine data-management in Techserve
Ability to benchmark dialysis machines against competitors
Willingness to participate in product and technical training for new product launches

Responsibilities

Demonstrate machines for subsidiaries and end-users
Acquire service contracts and achieve revenue budget and contract penetration
Ensure proper flow of quality assurance technical information between FMC India/distributors and FMC AP/German HQ
Prepare spare forecasts on a monthly basis and coordinate with resellers for spare supply to customers
Justify warranty claims from distributors and their documentation (service reports) submission
Assist technical service staff in developing and implementing systems and monitor overall adequacy and efficiency of technical service management
Assist in building up the technical team in India
Maintain filing system for technicians’ certifications after completion of internal technical training program
Assist in installation of machine(s) when a new dialysis center/distributor is set up
Create and update machine data-management in Techserve
Benchmark dialysis machines with competitors
Participate in product and technical training for new product launches
