  • Prepare spare forecasts on a monthly basis and coordinate with resellers for spare supply to customers
  • Justify warranty claims from distributors and their documentation (service reports) submission
  • Assist technical service staff in developing and implementing systems and monitor overall adequacy and efficiency of technical service management
  • Assist in building up the technical team in India
  • Maintain filing system for technicians’ certifications after completion of internal technical training program
  • Assist in installation of machine(s) when a new dialysis center/distributor is set up
  • Create and update machine data-management in Techserve
  • Benchmark dialysis machines with competitors
  • Participate in product and technical training for new product launches
