Candidates should possess a degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills are required, as well as the ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans. Furthermore, candidates must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any necessary vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing Sentec’s respiratory care products within the assigned territory, selling capital and disposable products, building and managing a sales pipeline through qualified leads and referrals, and developing strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. They will also manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals and presentations, provide in-service education and technical support, offer timely feedback on market conditions, and support industry trade shows while adhering to budget guidelines.
