A firm grasp of product development and related business requirements is essential, along with unparalleled verbal and written communication skills. Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals is preferred. Compliance with medical device regulations such as FDA, ISO 13485, and MDR is also required.
The Senior Account Executive will work closely with companies to understand their business goals, product roadmaps, and challenges to configure optimal manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and developing prototyping and production manufacturing programs, delivering sales presentations, organizing meetings, and building relationships at all levels within customer organizations. The role also involves prospecting to build a healthy pipeline, meeting sales quotas, maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to win complex deals. Additionally, the position requires representing the company at industry events and traveling to connect with customers.
