Candidates must possess a B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent related work experience. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, capital equipment, pharma, DME, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment is required. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business or budgeting, along with demonstrated strategic selling skills, is essential. The role also requires the ability to work independently and in a team, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) is a plus.
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to various healthcare clients, including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and home care facilities. They will develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services. This includes managing both clinical and financial aspects of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales quotas, managing a territory of 100-125 targets, prospecting for new business, communicating Baxter's competitive differentiation, and completing company reports and projects accurately and on time. The Account Executive must also understand and adhere to company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
