  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers
  • 1 year of experience as Supervisor of department stores or self-service
  • Experience with sale of services desirable
  • 1 year of experience as Sales promoter
  • 1 year of Sales training experience
  • Proven team player with strong communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales trends at the various points of sale in the assigned metropolitan area
  • Ensure that the staff responsible for the areas involved in the sale of Extended Warranties have the necessary knowledge to sell them
  • Provide periodic product and sales techniques training in stores throughout the metropolitan area
  • Participate in national training, either remotely or in person
  • Ensure that stores in the metropolitan area have a sufficient supply of Terms and Conditions contracts and point-of-sale materials
  • Visit the corresponding stores at least once a week, 3 to 4 times a month, including feedback discussions and establishment of sales commitments with managers, heads, and/or those responsible for electronics, white goods, and salespeople
  • At least once every two weeks, review the store's results and the progress of the sales commitment and budget with Managers, Chiefs and/or those responsible for Electronics, White Goods, and Salespeople
  • Plan and schedule visits, training sessions, sales clinics, etc., to be held the following month, submitting the report no later than the last business day of each month
  • Generate, within the first 3 days of each month, the Sales and Training report for the previous month
  • Respond to store or implant requests from each retailer via email or WhatsApp
  • Train, negotiate, and resolve issues to improve conversion by collecting and analyzing data
