10+ years’ experience in management consulting, with a focus on B2B sales and marketing strategy for technology, telecom, or retail clients
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional consulting engagements for top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte)
Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, partner management, and sales enablement
Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, customer journey mapping, process frameworks, and competitive benchmarking
Exceptional client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations
Experience with digital transformation, marketing automation, and CRM/ERP/OSS/BSS systems is highly desirable
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
Lead high-impact B2B sales and marketing transformation projects for global clients in the technology and communications sector, including end-to-end project delivery
Manage client relationships and drive actionable insights shaping go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, partner ecosystems, sales and marketing processes, and KPI delivery
Provide strategic leadership: Lead development of sales and marketing vertical for growth, efficiency, and market leadership; offer insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices; collaborate with executives on business delivery
Manage operations: Lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery within timelines and budgets
Handle client delivery: Manage stakeholder relationships; translate needs into actionable strategies; define customer segmentation, journey mapping, market sizing, prioritization; develop lead generation, ABM, digital strategies, targeting, and GTM; design sales/partner enablement, value propositions, messaging; advise on MarTech/CRM ROI, marketing analysis, sales performance, process improvements, CX enhancement, benchmarking, operating models, pricing, and digital transformation
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical/non-technical teams; lead project management for on-time, on-budget milestones
