Responsibilities

  • Quotations for CR’s, designs, and releases of master tools
  • Design of mechanical and electrical tools according to BOP
  • Analysis of product blueprint
  • Creation of buy matrix according to customer/internal requirements
  • Requisition of holders and panels
  • Elaboration of peg board, construction, and release of master panels
  • Elaboration of visual aids in AutoCAD
  • Release of master panels
  • Numbering dimensions on blueprint and/or deviation documents
  • Preparation of dimensional sheet
  • Construction of samples according to product blueprint/equivalent requirements
  • Elaboration of electrical sequence according to electrical blueprint and required special tests
  • Delivery of information for release to Reliability
