Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing advanced managed services
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certifications in Voice+, Broadsoft, Ring Central

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to collect and complete all technical details needed to install advanced services, including design and onboarding for Voice+
  • Complete high-level design documentation and perform detailed low-level configuration in respective portals or systems
  • Facilitate change requests and quotes on the customer’s behalf, including required documentation for in-flight changes
  • Perform customer onboarding: high-touch engagement including introductions, process description, order review (seats, devices, features), capture missed elements (e.g., additional numbers, features, admin assignments, seat/device changes), and collaborate with sales on new quotes/orders
  • Program user and group features for activation/cutover (e.g., multiple line appearances, shared call appearance, busy lamp field, park, pickup, paging, auto attendant, hunt group); capture call flow details, assigned users, schedules, after-hours termination; assist with music on hold files
  • Coordinate with project management on details for installation scheduling
  • Provide day 1 test and turnup support to ensure successful onboarding and activation
  • Identify platform or product gaps and provide feedback to product management (e.g., missing features, portal capabilities)
  • Perform new feature interoperability testing, including UAT; document and communicate defects or improvements to product management
  • Create, modify, or update platform, feature, portal, and device documentation (e.g., FAQs, self-service guides)
  • Serve as single point of contact for large customer onboarding projects
  • For large/complex opportunities, provide SME support for pre-sales discovery and solution development
