Requirements

5+ years’ work experience in a vehicle workshop and/or dealer shop
Graduation from high school or equivalent, and an Automotive Technology degree from an institution, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
EV and HV experience is a plus
Natural ability to interface with many different people from various technical disciplines and operate with them seamlessly

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for customer fleets
Support customer fleets, special events, and test support activities
Assist with manufacturing build support
Support engineering prototype build activities
Manage tools, shop organization, supplies inventory, and management
Collect and analyze data related to fleet performance
Participate in fixture projects
Perform equipment calibrations and maintain accurate records
Conduct hands-on testing of vehicles and components
Develop and conduct trials for service procedures
Train service network technicians and internal staff
