Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of user-facing Help Centers and AI-powered Chatbots. This includes organizing and optimizing content based on user data and analytics, creating clear explanations of product features, and developing and managing Chatbot conversation flows. The role involves testing Chatbot functionality, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with Support, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams on feature launches and content updates. Additionally, the Technical Writer will manage content requests, facilitate feedback loops, and contribute to strategic planning for content and self-service support.
