Excellent facilitation, project management, and organizational skills are also necessary.
The AI Enablement & Knowledge Specialist will lead the AI-first content strategy, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and optimization for automation across all channels. This includes maintaining and optimizing the AI knowledge base, developing governance standards, and partnering with SMEs to guide content creation. Responsibilities also involve supporting content production, ensuring knowledge content is operationalized within AI solutions, leading AI integration into onboarding and SOP creation, reviewing AI data, and monitoring AI resolution rates to identify and close knowledge gaps.
