Preferred qualifications include proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau and Heap, experience with AI and automation for workflow optimization, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with translation and localization for global products.
The Senior Content Operations Specialist will optimize the content lifecycle by designing and managing systems for scalable content development, management, and governance. This role involves supporting translation and localization efforts by collaborating with specialists and engineers to improve existing systems and architect new ones. Responsibilities also include developing and driving QA processes through regular audits to identify outdated assets, fill gaps, reduce risk, and maintain quality. The specialist will build data-driven decision frameworks using analytics to track content usage and performance, enable team members through training and documentation, and align content across types and channels by partnering with Brand on templates and style guidance. Additionally, the role requires leading cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, balancing priorities, and driving for results.
