Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, experience in Hospitality or Retail, supporting/configuring/installing POS and PMS solutions like Micros, Opera, Aloha, InfoGenesis, experience in payments processing or financial services, and 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in technical support.
