Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong organization and time management skills. Prior experience in assisting with system troubleshooting and finding resolutions is preferred, and a technical aptitude in areas such as spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), and project management (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is desired. The role requires the ability to gain new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and demonstrated independence, coupled with strong time management skills and a proactive approach that exemplifies accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
The Technical Research Associate will collaborate in a fast-paced environment to execute different use cases collecting data in support of AI engine development, conduct data analysis on how the AI performs comparatively to user data, provide feedback on how to improve the AI, create and execute prompts, learn new software programs on the job, and provide supporting documentation when the AI fails.
