Knowledge of source code management environments (GIT, Perforce), AI-powered e-discovery platforms, and IT infrastructure is necessary, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Electronic Discovery Collection Specialist will provide technical support to legal teams, manage and coordinate electronic discovery processes for litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries, and conduct forensic collections of digital evidence across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal legal teams, IT, and external vendors, guiding eDiscovery architects on tool deployment, developing procedures for digital evidence management, and staying current with evolving eDiscovery tools and forensic methodologies.
