  • Track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company, consistently finding and closing world-class talent at different seniority levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an authentic (not overly "professional") communication style
  • Don't take yourself too seriously; wry sense of humour appreciated
  • Excited about being a vocal advocate for Metaview's products
  • Genuine passion for the craft to successfully partner with intense, opinionated leadership like Shahriar (co-founder & CTO)
  • Willing to work onsite in San Francisco office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Continuously refine and improve pitches to attract top-tier candidates
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Foster a world-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools
  • Work directly and closely with Shahriar (co-founder & CTO) as the first in-house recruiter, handling full-cycle recruiting and more
