Willing to work onsite in San Francisco office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs
Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies
Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
Continuously refine and improve pitches to attract top-tier candidates
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Foster a world-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools
Work directly and closely with Shahriar (co-founder & CTO) as the first in-house recruiter, handling full-cycle recruiting and more
