Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
