Responsibilities

  • Own and manage senior-level technical and leadership requisitions, driving full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer
  • Partner with company leadership to strategically expand the senior and leadership talent base
  • Build and strengthen OpenTeams’ employer brand within the open-source community; nurture relationships with key contributors and partners
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to share best practices, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure an engaging, high-performing culture
  • Support hiring manager enablement through interview training and process improvements focused on quality and efficiency
  • Create and analyze recruiting metrics and reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and scalability
  • Collaborate on talent development programs to identify and grow high-potential candidates internally
