Responsibilities

Work with [solidcore]’s various leadership and team to manage the implementation of a new HRIS system as well as other systems across the organization
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies in alignment with [solidcore]’s business objectives
Establish and manage project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team
Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigating change initiatives
Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership, leveraging data and experience to influence discussions and provide leadership recommendations
Actively monitor project risks, scope, and facilitate communication for key stakeholder alignment, approvals, and recommendations to remove identified barriers
Own and lead meetings, including establishing project charters, agenda preparation, project presentation updates, progress tracking, timeline/calendars and overall project status
Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
