  • Experience with the implementation of HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, etc

Responsibilities

  • Work with [solidcore]’s various leadership and team to manage the implementation of a new HRIS system as well as other systems across the organization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies in alignment with [solidcore]’s business objectives
  • Establish and manage project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team
  • Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigating change initiatives
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership, leveraging data and experience to influence discussions and provide leadership recommendations
  • Actively monitor project risks, scope, and facilitate communication for key stakeholder alignment, approvals, and recommendations to remove identified barriers
  • Own and lead meetings, including establishing project charters, agenda preparation, project presentation updates, progress tracking, timeline/calendars and overall project status
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
