Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a Master’s or equivalent work experience in Healthcare or a related field is preferred, with at least 7 years of technical program management experience in a regulated environment, including at least 3 years in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development. Familiarity with regulatory submissions, risk management, and product validation processes in the medical device and digital health space is also required, along with a strong understanding of medical imaging technologies, particularly MRI systems, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate a large, multisite project to prototype and validate Q Bio’s proprietary approach to whole body quantitative MRI (qMRI), develop and execute comprehensive program plans, define program scope and deliverables, lead system design reviews, drive end-to-end product lifecycle activities, facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, manage system-level releases, establish a quality-first culture, maintain a program-level risk management process, and continuously assess product performance and feedback to improve user experience, safety, and compliance outcomes.
