Responsibilities

  • Reviewing feedback from schools, parents, and internal teams to spot trends and define opportunities
  • Partnering with design in Figma or on a whiteboard to simplify user flows for parents, teachers, and PTO/PTA leaders
  • Writing user stories and collaborating with engineering on trade-offs, requirements, and delivery
  • Using analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, experiments) to measure impact and adjust quickly
  • Prototyping new ideas to validate before pulling in engineering
  • Planning and executing go-to-market rollouts with cross-functional teams
  • Jumping in where needed: QA flows, troubleshoot with support, or prepare release notes and product update videos
