A proven track record of working with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to influence product roadmaps using data-driven insights is required. Advanced SQL skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. Experience establishing or scaling product analytics processes, frameworks, and team structures in a product-led organization is necessary, along with hyper organization, self-driven motivation, efficiency, and attention to detail. Familiarity with user behavior analysis and reporting tools like Segment, Heap, and Amplitude is also required.
The Senior Manager, Product Analytics will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Marketing, and Finance to identify opportunities and define metrics aligned with business goals. They will analyze user behavior, product performance, and customer friction to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy and shape the product roadmap by sizing opportunities, modeling ROI, and aligning stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and managing scalable dashboards, KPIs, automated reports, and self-serving tooling, as well as owning and scaling experimentation frameworks like A/B and multivariate testing. The role involves advancing the product analytics function through AI, machine learning, and modern statistical methods, acting as a thought partner to senior leadership by translating complex data into compelling narratives, and leading and developing Product Analysts. Additionally, they will foster a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement by aligning teams on objectives, key metrics, analytical techniques, and data governance.
