Requirements

6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform partnerships
Deep customer empathy and the ability to understand complex workflows across industries
Technical fluency - ability to review APIs, talk shop with engineers, and assess integration feasibility
Experience collaborating with external partner product/engineering teams and managing joint roadmaps

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and deliver on the vision to make CertifID a natural extension of customer workflows across key partner platforms
Act as the strategic and tactical driver with third-party providers, collaborating to scope, design, and deliver integrations
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and workflows, using research and feedback to prioritize integrations
Review partner APIs, technical documentation, and system architecture to evaluate feasibility and design the right approach
Define success metrics for each integration, track performance, and continuously improve adoption and impact
Partner with CertifID’s engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to ensure integrations are delivered on time and with high quality
Upgrade existing integrations to make them more scalable and flexible
Ensure the success of integrations — drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
