Lead a small team of Software Product Managers, supporting their professional growth and skill development
Lead a pod of cross-functional stakeholders and engineers (some offshore) to drive product vision, execution, and scaling

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to research, design, develop, and launch new software products aligned with company strategic objectives
Create clear documentation for product features, including use cases, business processes, and functional specifications
Create technology-enabled business processes supporting efficiency optimization and scale
Prioritize product development in line with business goals, client needs, and long-term technology vision
Manage and mentor a small team of Software Product Managers, ensuring cohesion, alignment with priorities, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment
Serve as key point of contact for projects between technical teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle
Define and monitor success metrics for products and features, using data to guide enhancements and strategic decisions
Gather feedback from clients, customers, and internal teams to understand needs and challenges, ensuring products meet expectations and drive value
Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Maintain a usable and understandable project management system, identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks to efficient delivery of business value
