Technical Product Manager at Kraken

The Technical Product Manager will coordinate and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure alignment between Kraken and its clients. They will use their deep understanding of data import products to identify and resolve issues, leveraging existing and new technologies to drive improvement. Responsibilities include leveraging deep understanding of data structures to extract insights, identify inefficiencies, and improve migration accuracy, as well as monitoring trends, reducing errors, and sharing regular reporting with stakeholders. They will work closely with software engineering, design teams, and Client Delivery Leads to define product vision and strategy, gather, consolidate, and break down stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks, and support engineering teams in developing product features. The role involves developing relationships with communications product specialists and client organizations, working across timezones to manage dependencies and drive collaboration, and continuously identifying ways to improve visibility, remove blockers, and accelerate development.
