Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on APIs, platforms, or extensibility. A strong technical intuition, deep understanding of RESTful APIs and modern API design principles, and experience with developer experience best practices are essential. The role requires proven ability to translate complex needs into scalable developer-facing solutions, an entrepreneurial approach for fast-moving environments, a data-driven mindset with Agile experience, and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

The Lead Technical Product Manager will own the extensibility strategy and roadmap, including APIs, MCP/A2A, native integrations, third-party interfaces, and developer tools. They will collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, developer-friendly APIs, build an effective developer program and portal, and monitor API usage to inform future iterations. Responsibilities also include tracking API and integration adoption using outcome-focused metrics, researching LLM platforms and extensibility ecosystems, leading cross-team initiatives from concept to customer success, prototyping solutions, and partnering closely with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make trade-offs for speed, scalability, and user experience.
