Responsibilities

The Technical Operations Engineer will take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience by proactively prioritizing and resolving technical issues while adhering to service level agreements. They will support front-line operations through the triage and resolution of inbound customer support requests, troubleshoot user interface issues and user access problems, manage targeting and configuration requests, perform ad-hoc SQL queries to assist activation teams, provide feedback to guide product direction, and engage in strategic initiatives focused on automation and AI-driven product support operations.
