Technical Support Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and have 1-2 years of experience in engineering, operations, QA, or technical support. Proficiency in SQL is required for querying large databases, data troubleshooting, and custom report creation.
The Technical Operations Engineer will take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience by proactively prioritizing and resolving technical issues while adhering to service level agreements. They will support front-line operations through the triage and resolution of inbound customer support requests, troubleshoot user interface issues and user access problems, manage targeting and configuration requests, perform ad-hoc SQL queries to assist activation teams, provide feedback to guide product direction, and engage in strategic initiatives focused on automation and AI-driven product support operations.
