Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production, along with expertise in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, and Django. They should also have experience with SQL database schema design and query optimizations, cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of continuous integration and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will work with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate product and technical visions into code, advocate for and implement modern architectural patterns, extend existing functionality to handle increasing scale, monitor and optimize database queries for performance, create internal tools to improve efficiency, produce high-quality code and conduct code reviews, provide guidance and documentation, utilize observability tools for performance monitoring, and collaborate closely with product engineers to align on platform improvements.
