Requirements

Candidates must possess expert knowledge in software development and scalable deployment best practices, along with expertise in development, dev monitoring, deployment, and sustainment of cloud native services and software development at scale. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Kubernetes, manifests, helm and kustomize is required, as is current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

The DevOps Lead Architect will be responsible for agile team processes, performance metrics, and software release/deployment planning, and will develop and manage multiple system deployments to isolated environments. They will also enable high reliability of deployed services, develop a training plan to train personnel on software development and deployment practices, manage training and mentor software developers and DevOps engineers, and design and implement solutions to build, test, and deploy containerized microservices in a fast-paced environment for an automated deployment and testing solution.
