The Technical Deployment Manager should have a good understanding of consulting processes and SaaS software implementation, with a natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them achieve success. The role requires the ability to write effective technical documentation, a strong desire to become a Docebo product expert, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication. Candidates must be fast learners, excited to learn new technology, and able to ask questions to deeply understand customer needs. Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is essential, with business knowledge of other languages being a plus. The role may require travel of 10% or less.
The Technical Deployment Manager will partner with customers from various countries, managing multiple projects concurrently and documenting success criteria. They will develop and monitor implementation schedules, scope API needs, and define workflows utilizing Docebo's APIs. Responsibilities include developing connections to third-party platforms and data transfer workflows on Docebo Connect, developing SQL queries for custom reports, and documenting project activities. The role involves assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of Docebo integrations and product Add-ons, producing or improving technical documentation, and preventing, identifying, quantifying, and communicating risks. The manager will also manage ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects stay within utilization and budget targets, while maintaining and creating new best practices and supporting documentation for successful customer onboarding.
