The Technical Customer Success Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues, serving as a key technical resource for the global customer base, support implementation projects by configuring systems and assisting with integrations, monitor and maintain infrastructure components, performing updates and optimizations, and collaborate with US-based teams and international customers to ensure proper technology deployment and optimal functionality, as well as develop a deep technical understanding of the Ambient.ai platform and customer environments.
