AZ-104 certification or equivalent expertise in Microsoft Azure
Deep technical knowledge in cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure infrastructure technologies
Strong customer insights and ability to apply them to create modernization roadmaps
Expertise in architecting solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability
Ability to orchestrate key resources for successful deployments

Responsibilities

Build coalition of support (IT and business) with customer as Business Relationship Owner; define specific technology outcomes aligning to customer strategy
Lead, drive, and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets as Digital Transformation Leader and Operational Excellence
Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while preventing churn as Portfolio Management
Follow processes, systems, and documentation; identify issues or barriers to efficiency, recommend improvements, and partner to implement solutions as Operationally Excellent
Identify and articulate business value of role and solutions through demonstrations, storytelling, etc., to provide evidence of business value as Value Creator
Conduct analyses into customer usage versus needs; drive greater consumption based on analysis, leverage insights for guidance and recommendations, and optimize consumption
Apply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to create modernization roadmaps; architect solutions, ensure technical viability, and orchestrate resources as Technical Acumen
Engage with and influence business and IT decision makers; provide feedback or insights to define and realize digital and business transformational targets; influence prioritization and resolve systemic issues as Executive Presence
