Requirements

4+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python
Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration

Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions
Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that maximize the value of the Notion platform within their technical ecosystem
Participate in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives and identifying gaps between their current and desired end states
Support the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Notion implementation
Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the use of Notion within customer organizations
Collaborate with Notion’s Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback
Assist in navigating the technical complexities of large-scale Notion deployments to ensure successful adoption
Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices and improving processes
