Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively
  • A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that maximize the value of the Notion platform within their technical ecosystem
  • Participate in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives and identifying gaps between their current and desired end states
  • Support the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Notion implementation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the use of Notion within customer organizations
  • Collaborate with Notion’s Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback
  • Assist in navigating the technical complexities of large-scale Notion deployments to ensure successful adoption
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices and improving processes
