Requirements

A background in Financial Services or Technology is required, along with an understanding of financial institution processes, infrastructure, KPIs, and corporate financial priorities. Travel is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to design new solutions for large financial services clients based on their custom requirements, business drivers, and infrastructure. This includes architecting solutions to drive new revenue opportunities and expand existing revenue streams. Responsibilities involve developing strategic partnerships, delivering sales presentations, communicating complex concepts, sharing industry knowledge, identifying new ways to strengthen partnerships, and articulating the customer's voice to improve Experian solutions.
