Responsibilities

The Tech Service Engineer will provide quality customer responses, troubleshoot and diagnose operating problems with malfunctioning equipment, test repaired instruments to ensure they meet Alcon specifications, install retrofits, instruct customers on resultant benefits, control spare parts inventory levels, submit completed paperwork in a timely manner, and comply with all legal and ethical business requirements. They will also consult management on chronic or unusual problems, report spontaneous adverse events and technical complaints, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
